Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings:
Deleting the game does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires.
All purchases and refunds are handled by the platform through which the purchase was made (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
Dreamland Games does not directly process subscription refunds.
Refund eligibility is subject to the policies of the respective platform provider.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or benefits at any time.
Any changes will be communicated through the applicable app store or within the game as required.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to subscription features, we do not guarantee continuous availability of any service, feature, or content.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Subscription benefits are intended solely for the account that purchased the subscription.
Any fraudulent activity, abuse, exploitation, or violation of game policies may result in suspension or termination of subscription benefits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamland Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of subscription services.
Dreamland Games reserves the right to update these Subscription Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of subscription services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
